Room Size and Friendly Front Desk Staff

The room I stayed in was quite spacious and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as the couches had stains and there could have been more attention to detail in cleaning. Overall, it was a decent stay but improvements in maintenance and cleanliness are needed.

Had an awesome group vacation! We explored the local wineries and hit up some great BBQ spots. The suite was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was a real treat. Make sure to check out the breakfast attendant’s fantastic cooking. Solid choice for anyone wanting a chill getaway with friends.

One downside was the shower. it had some issues with cleanliness. I found hair on the wall, which was a letdown.

hawthorn offers great facilities, like an indoor pool, and the staff was super friendly. they quickly moved me to another room when I needed it. it's also close to a popular restaurant, making it convenient for meals. relaxing in the hot tub each evening was the perfect way to unwind.

We had a nice family stay recently, enjoying the comfortable room and kid-friendly amenities. The pool area was clean, perfect for the kids to splash around. Staff offered helpful suggestions for nearby dining. For future guests, I recommend checking your room for cleanliness upon arrival!

The friendly staff, especially the night clerk, turned my stressful arrival into a breeze. Plus, the spacious King Room was comfy and cozy, just the vibe I needed after a long day exploring Lubbock's delicious local eats like Five Guys! Their burgers really hit the spot after a big day.

On the flip side, we ran into some quirks. The shower floor was slick, and there wasn’t a towel holder in sight, which led to a slippery moment. Also, the bug spray smell in common areas was a bit much, but I get it—gotta keep the bugs at bay!

Breakfast offered a good variety each morning, though it was pretty basic. Parking could be tricky since the large lot out front is not available. Nevertheless, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Despite the hiccups, I appreciate the friendly staff, especially Brian at the front desk. He was always willing to help and chat. I would consider staying here again if the minor issues are addressed.
